Landing Page Customization
Snöball’s custom landing pages allow exhibitors and speakers to showcase their participation at your event. The page is set up with variable merge fields so that their headshot, company logo, booth information, session list, and bio can be automatically customized:

The page template includes variable merge fields to pull in information like headshots, company logo, booth information, speaker bios, sessions, and more.
The variable elements in this example are the image, as well as any text in the coloured boxes. These variable merge fields are the items flanked by hashtags on either side:
You can allow your participants to update their own landing pages via a custom link sent through their invitation email, which is generated through a separate variable merge field on the email template:
Once clicked, the exhibitor or speaker will be prompted to update their contact information, image (headshot or company logo) - no login is required! Available editable fields include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company
- Job Title
- Description (A generic multipurpose text field)
Participants will only be able to update their own information - they will not be able to update the information of other participants, or event-specific information.

The user simply inputs their changes, and clicks Update to finalize them - changes are immediately reflected in the preview pane once updated (Note that in order for these updates to be reflected, a matching variable merge field must be placed on the landing page template):
The individual update link can also be accessed from the Snöball campaign management tool, which can then be individually emailed to the individual influencer:
